WD Studios – Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling with WD Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Payments
• Membership fees are paid monthly via direct debit or the agreed payment method.
• Payments secure your child’s place in class and are calculated across the year, including holidays and studio closures where applicable.
• Fees must be paid on time each month regardless of attendance.
Attendance & Missed Classes
• If a class is cancelled by WD Studios, an alternative class or credit may be provided where appropriate but cannot be guaranteed.
• No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given for missed classes or holidays.
• We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel any membership.
• Membership payments remain due during the notice period.
• Failure to attend classes does not automatically cancel membership.

Behaviour & Conduct
• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and other students.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class or cancellation of membership.
Health & Safety
• Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs.
• Students participate at their own risk, and appropriate dancewear and footwear must be worn.
• Students are responsible for all personal belongings brought into the studio. WD Studios can not be held responsible for lost or damaged property.
Photography & Video
• WD Studios may occasionally use photos/videos from classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes unless parents request otherwise in writing.
Shows, Competitions & Events
• Additional fees may apply for shows, competitions, costumes, workshops, examinations, or special events.
• Participation in performances and competitions may require extra rehearsals.
Changes to Timetable or Fees
• WD Studios reserves the right to amend class times, teachers, fees, or studio policies with reasonable notice.
